COMMISSIONS:
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
| PAYMENT: Accepted via PayPal, Ko-fi, Venmo, or CashApp. Payment is expected up front for sketch work. For other works, half payment is expected upon the completed sketch, and half upon completed color or scene.
| QUEUE: When I accept your commission, I will ask you for an @handle to protect your privacy! You will be entered into the trello queue and linked to your lists. Please track updates there before messaging. My queue is organized in a way that makes sense to me, and may not reflect exact working order. For smaller commissions I expect Turn Around Time to be less than a week, often same day!
| NSFW: For NSFW commissions, I require photo ID verification (sensitive information can be blurred) and an additional $10 charge.
| USE: You may use my art for personal purposes such as profile pictures, icons, pagedolls, etc. DO NOT CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN. Proper credit is required by posting a link to my other social media or tagging @weedbones or even @fraxx as that is my signature! DO NOT STEAL MY WORK.I reserve the right to use the finished piece on my social media.
ADOPTS AND DESIGNS:
1)- You must have ToyHouse to own my adopts/designs!
2)- Please keep them for at least a week, I would ideally like them not to be hoarded without use.
3)- Do NOT sell them without adding extra art. Trades are alright as long as you abide by the other TOS.
4)- Please feel free to redesign them, but do not HEAVILY edit them. Keep the design recognizable!
